recently released a first-of-its-kind study providing compelling evidence that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is starting to have a ‘significant and disproportionate impact’ on entry-level workers in the U.S. n n The study highlights how automation technology, driven by AI, affects various sectors’ workforce, especially those at the entry-level position. Despite the widespread fear of job erosion, the research argues that the introduction of AI could create new opportunities, while also addressing the significant disparities impacting low pay workers. The blended approach to integrate traditional jobs with AI will shape a new work landscape in the future. n n However, this evolution is not without challenges.
