Despite the rapid growth and advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), a surprising number of computer science graduates are struggling to find suitable employment. This dichotomy partially stems from a mismatch between the specialised skills demanded by the evolving A.I. industry and the somewhat generalised knowledge base of a substantial section of fresh graduates. Additionally, many recent graduates lack the hands-on experiences and real-world applications of A.I., restricting their job prospects.
